Abstract
The Cotard's syndrome existence among young adults is a recent notion. Its belonging to schizophrenia or mania depressive psychosis in under debate. From five observations of patients, we propose clinical and evolutive arguments allowing us to link up this symptomatology with bipolar manic depressive disorder.
