Abstract
The mucosal population of small intestine of rats was exposed in vivo to various concentrations of vinblastine sulfate for 30 and 60 min and the activities of glycyl-L-valine and glycyl-L-leucine hydrolase were measured in the treated mucosa of the upper jejunal segment. A significant depression in the activity of these dipeptidases was observed which was further found to be dose dependent.

将大鼠小肠的黏膜群体在体内暴露于不同浓度的硫酸长春碱中30分钟和60分钟，然后测定空肠上段处理后的黏膜中甘氨酰-L-缬氨酸和甘氨酰-L-亮氨酸水解酶的活性。观察到这些二肽酶的活性有显著降低，且进一步发现其呈剂量依赖性。
