Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish an FTIR method for the analysis of Dendrobium.

METHOD

Using fourier transform infrared spectrometer to record the characteristic spectra of eleven samples of Dendrobium, and to compare the spectra by PCA (principal component analysis).

RESULT

The FTIR spectra of the upper part of the stem displayed significant differences between fresh and dried samples of Dendrobium. On the other hand, differences were observed in the spectra of the middle and lower parts of stems of D. guangxieuse when compared to other species.

CONCLUSION

The method of applying PCA to FTIR analysis is a rapid and dependable method for comparing samples of Dendrobium.

摘要

目的

建立一种用于石斛分析的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)方法。

方法

使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪记录11个石斛样品的特征光谱,并通过主成分分析(PCA)对光谱进行比较。

结果

石斛茎上部的FTIR光谱显示新鲜样品和干燥样品之间存在显著差异。另一方面,与其他物种相比,广西石斛茎中部和下部的光谱存在差异。

结论

将PCA应用于FTIR分析的方法是一种快速可靠的比较石斛样品的方法。
