In order to determine the influence of bFGF on the biological characteristics of osteoblasts and periodontal ligament cells, the author investigate the influence of bFGF on the migration, proliferation of osteoblasts and periodontal ligament fibroblasts between osteoblasts and fibroblasts.
The forth generation of osteoblasts and periodontal ligament fibroblast were obtained and the wounding model in vitro of them was founded. The cells were cultured in mediums with or without bFGF. Their migration and proliferation were observed and measured.
Osteoblasts migrated faster than fibroblasts in common culture medium without bFGF and the periodontal ligament fibroblasts in culture medium with bFGF had higher migration rate than other groups. bFGF promoted the proliferation of both two kinds of cells.
bFGF could accelerate periodontal fibroblasts' proliferation and migration.
为确定碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对成骨细胞和牙周膜细胞生物学特性的影响,作者研究了bFGF对成骨细胞与成纤维细胞间迁移、增殖的影响。
获取第四代成骨细胞和牙周膜成纤维细胞,建立其体外创伤模型。将细胞培养于含或不含bFGF的培养基中。观察并测量其迁移和增殖情况。
在不含bFGF的普通培养基中,成骨细胞比成纤维细胞迁移更快,且在含bFGF的培养基中,牙周膜成纤维细胞的迁移率高于其他组。bFGF促进了两种细胞的增殖。
bFGF可加速牙周成纤维细胞的增殖和迁移。
