Generation Y (those born 1980-2000) is now entering the workplace, making four generations of co-workers with potentially clashing characteristics, including different styles and expectations of communication. Because the "generation gap" can also be a "communication gap," the author explores how traditionalists, baby boomers, Generation X and Generation Y operate and converse in the workplace.
