In an experimental study on 36 male guinea pigs testicular torsion was induced in 10, epididymitis in 10, surgical trauma in 6 and only ether anaesthesia was given to 10 animals. Serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) levels at 0, 4, 8, 20, 28 and 40 hours were determined in each group. Serum CPK levels were found to rise significantly in the torsion group. Determination of serum CPK levels may be an auxiliary alternative in the diagnosis of testicular torsion.
在一项针对36只雄性豚鼠的实验研究中,10只诱发睾丸扭转,10只诱发附睾炎,6只施加手术创伤,10只仅给予乙醚麻醉。测定每组动物在0、4、8、20、28和40小时时的血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)水平。发现扭转组的血清CPK水平显著升高。测定血清CPK水平可能是诊断睾丸扭转的一种辅助方法。
