To establish the fingerprint of Corydalis saxicola Bunting injection.
It was performed by HPLC Kromasil column was used with acetonitrile and H2O as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.5 mL x min(-1). The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The mass spectrometry detection was performed on a trap equipped with an ESI interface and operated in positive-ionization mode.
Eleven components of Corydalis saxicola Bunting were identified by LC-MS and 7 of them were quantified.
The fingerprint chromatogram could represent the characteristics of Corydalis saxicola Bunting injection. Evaluation of resemblances and results of precision were satisfactory. This method could be used as quality and quantity control.

采用高效液相色谱法,使用Kromasil柱,以乙腈和水为流动相。流速为0.5 mL·min⁻¹。检测波长为254 nm。质谱检测在配备电喷雾电离(ESI)接口并以正离子模式运行的阱上进行。
通过液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)鉴定出岩黄连的11个成分,其中7个进行了定量分析。
该指纹图谱能够体现岩黄连注射液的特征。相似度评价和精密度结果令人满意。该方法可用于质量控制。
