[Peripheral photocoagulation of the retina in the treatment of early forms of diabetic retinopathy].

The authors present the results of a 5 years long observation of patients with an early form of diabetic retinopathy in whom one performed a photocoagulation of the retinal periphery. They observed the behavior of the visual function and the changes in the anterior chamber angle.
