Abstract

AIM

To study the alkaloid constituents of the root of Lindera angustifolia Cheng.

METHODS

The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures were characterized by spectral analysis.

RESULTS

Seven aporphine alkaloids, laurotetanine (I), N-methyllaurotetanine (II), boldine (III), isoboldine (IV), norboldine (V), N-ethoxycarbonyllaurotetanine (VII) and a quaternary isoquinoline alkaloid, magnocurarine (VI), were isolated and identified. The structure of VII was further identified by semi-synthesis with I as starting material.

CONCLUSION

All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time and compound VII was found as a naturally occurring compound for the first time.

目的

研究狭叶山胡椒根中的生物碱成分。

方法

通过柱色谱法分离纯化成分,并通过光谱分析对结构进行表征。

结果

分离并鉴定出七种阿朴啡生物碱,即劳罗替丁(I)、N-甲基劳罗替丁(II)、波尔定碱(III)、异波尔定碱(IV)、去甲波尔定碱(V)、N-乙氧羰基劳罗替丁(VII)以及一种季铵型异喹啉生物碱,即木兰花碱(VI)。以I为起始原料通过半合成进一步鉴定了VII的结构。

结论

所有化合物均首次从该植物中获得,且化合物VII首次被发现为天然存在的化合物。
