In course of the anaesthesia of orthopaedic and general surgery operations, the author administered Norcuron injection in 80 cases for the purpose of intubation and/or surgical myorelaxation. On account of the observation of the usual parameters, he found Norcuron to be a product meeting the expectations, furnishing myorelaxation of medium length that did not cause adverse alterations, in circulation neither did it have other unpleasant side- or after-effect. The author applied a so-called priming dose system by which the time required for intubation could be appreciably shortened. He recommends this procedure to others, too.
在骨科手术和普通外科手术的麻醉过程中，作者对80例患者注射诺库溴铵用于插管和/或手术肌松。通过观察常用参数，作者发现诺库溴铵是一种符合预期的产品，能提供中等时长的肌松效果，不会引起循环系统的不良改变，也没有其他不良的副作用或后续影响。作者采用了所谓的预注剂量系统，借此可显著缩短插管所需时间。他也向其他人推荐这种方法。
