To investigate the early diagnosis and early treatment of primary penile malignant lymphoma.
One case of rare primary penile malignant lymphoma was studied with regard to its primary clinical process and characteristics, differential diagnosis and therapeutic method. The application value of the immunohistochemical features, in clinical diagnosis was analyzed.
Surgical treatment of removing the penis, testes and scrotum was carried out, followed by chemotherapy went. The immunohistochemical tests showed CD56, granzyme B, perforin and cytoplasmic CD3epsilon to be positive, and surface CD3 negative.
Primary malignant lymphoma of the penis, though rare clinically, may be treated effectively if diagnosed early. Wedge biopsy with histological examination and immunohistochemical tests is the most common method for definite diagnosis.
探讨原发性阴茎恶性淋巴瘤的早期诊断与早期治疗。
对1例罕见的原发性阴茎恶性淋巴瘤患者的主要临床过程及特点、鉴别诊断和治疗方法进行研究。分析免疫组化特征在临床诊断中的应用价值。
实施了切除阴茎、睾丸和阴囊的手术治疗，随后进行化疗。免疫组化检测显示CD56、颗粒酶B、穿孔素和细胞质CD3ε呈阳性，而表面CD3呈阴性。
阴茎原发性恶性淋巴瘤在临床上虽罕见，但早期诊断后可得到有效治疗。楔形活检及组织学检查和免疫组化检测是明确诊断的最常用方法。
