Abstract

AIM

To separate and quantitatively determine six alkaloids: aconitine, mesaconitine, hypaconitine, beiwutine, benzoylaconine and benzoylmesaconine in the Chinese traditional medicine Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi).

METHODS

A RP-ion-pair HPLC method was established. An AichromBond-1 C18 column was used at a column-temperature of 35 degrees C. The mobile phase was CH3CN5 mmol x L(-1) NaH2PO4(50:50) containing 7 mmol x L(-1) SDS at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL x min(-1). The detector was set at UV 235 nm.

RESULTS

These six alkaloids can be completely separated and determined quantitatively.

CONCLUSION

This method is accurate and suitable for the determination of six alkaloids in Fuzi.

目的

分离并定量测定中药附子中的六种生物碱:乌头碱、中乌头碱、次乌头碱、北乌头碱、苯甲酰乌头碱和苯甲酰中乌头碱。

方法

建立了反相离子对高效液相色谱法。采用AichromBond-1 C18柱,柱温为35℃。流动相为含7 mmol·L⁻¹十二烷基硫酸钠的乙腈-5 mmol·L⁻¹磷酸二氢钠(50:50),流速为1.0 mL·min⁻¹。检测器设定在紫外235 nm波长处。

结果

这六种生物碱能够完全分离并进行定量测定。

结论

该方法准确,适用于附子中六种生物碱的测定。
