Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the prevention of postoperative adhesion using carboxymethylcellulose (CMC).

METHODS

The literature was reviewed extensively, concerning the physical and chemical characters of CMC, the mechanism of preventing adhesion, the effect on healing of anastomoses, the experimental researches and the clinical application.

RESULTS

CMC was a polysaccharide with favorable biocompatibility, biodegradation, stable physical and chemical characters, and it can prevent postoperative adhesion.

CONCLUSION

CMC is with a wide outlook in prevention of postoperative adhesion.

摘要

目的

研究使用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)预防术后粘连。

方法

广泛查阅有关CMC的物理化学特性、预防粘连的机制、对吻合口愈合的影响、实验研究及临床应用的文献。

结果

CMC是一种具有良好生物相容性、可生物降解、理化性质稳定且能预防术后粘连的多糖。

结论

CMC在预防术后粘连方面前景广阔。
