Abstract

A series of novel pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anti-tumor compounds. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by IR, (1)H-NMR, elemental analysis, and MS. Their anti-tumor activities against cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro. Compound 19 displayed potent anti-tumor activity.

为了寻找新型高效的抗肿瘤化合物,设计并合成了一系列新型吡唑并[1,5 - a]嘧啶。所有化合物的结构均通过红外光谱(IR)、氢核磁共振谱(¹H - NMR)、元素分析和质谱(MS)得以确证。采用MTT法在体外测试了它们对癌细胞系的抗肿瘤活性。化合物19表现出较强的抗肿瘤活性。
