To study the phloroglucinol derivatives of Dryopteris fragrans.
Isolation and purification were carried out on repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and prepare HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.
Four compounds were isolated and identified as aspidin PB (I), dryofragin (II), aspidinol (III), aspidin BB (IV).
Compounds IV is isolated from this plant for the first time.

通过反复硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱进行分离纯化。利用理化性质和光谱分析确定化合物的结构。
分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为绵马次酸PB(I)、香鳞毛蕨素(II)、绵马酚(III)、绵马酸BB(IV)。
化合物IV首次从该植物中分离得到。
