To study the feasibility of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) for arctiin from the fruits of Arctium lappa.
The extracts were analyzed by HPLC, optimum extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal tests.
The optimal extraction conditions were: pressure 40 MPa, temperature 70 degrees C, using methanol as modifier carrier at the rate of 0.55 mL x min(-1), static extraction time 5 min, dynamic extraction 30 min, flow rate of CO2 2 L x min(-1).
SFE has the superiority of adjustable polarity, and has the ability of extracting arctiin.
研究超临界流体萃取法(SFE)从牛蒡果实中提取牛蒡苷的可行性。
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对提取物进行分析,通过正交试验研究最佳提取条件。
最佳提取条件为:压力40MPa,温度70℃,以甲醇为改性剂载体,流速为0.55mL·min⁻¹,静态萃取时间5min,动态萃取30min,二氧化碳流速2L·min⁻¹。
超临界流体萃取法具有极性可调的优势,并具有提取牛蒡苷的能力。
