Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents from Rhodobryum roseum.

METHOD

The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatography with silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.

RESULT

Eight compounds were isolated and identified as apigenin (1), quercetin (2), oleanolic acid (3), 2alpha-hydroxyoleanolic acid (4), 2alpha-hydroxyursolic acid (5), protocatechuic acid (6), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (7), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (8).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 1-8 were isolated from R. roseum for the first time.

摘要

目的

研究玫瑰红叶藓的化学成分。

方法

通过重结晶以及硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱对化合物进行分离和纯化。通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。

结果

分离并鉴定出8种化合物,分别为芹菜素(1)、槲皮素(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、2α - 羟基齐墩果酸(4)、2α - 羟基熊果酸(5)、原儿茶酸(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、对羟基肉桂酸(8)。

结论

化合物1 - 8首次从玫瑰红叶藓中分离得到。
