Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To determine the chemical constituents of Gentiana rhodantha.

METHOD

To isolate the constituents, column chromatography over silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20 and C18 reverse-phased silica gel were used. Spectroscopic methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds.

RESULT

Sixteen compounds were isolated and elucidated as ten phonemic compounds, namely 1,3,7,8-tetrahydroxylxanthone (1), rhodanthenone D (2), 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxylxanthone (3), 1,3,7-trihydroxy-4,8-dimethoxyxanthone (4), quercetin (5), isoorientin (6), mangiferin (7), norswertianolin (8), gallic acid ethyl ester (9) and salicylic acid (10), and six triterpenes including alpha-amyrin (11), erythrodiol 3-O-palmitate (12), ursolic aldehyde (13), uvaol 3-O-acetyl (14), ursolic acid (15) and 2alpha-hydroxyursolic acid (16).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 4-6, 8, 10-12, 15 and 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3 were obtained firstly from the genus Gentiana and compounds 9, 13-14 were firstly from the family Gentianaceae.

目的

确定红直獐牙菜的化学成分。

方法

采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20和C18反相硅胶柱色谱法分离化合物。采用光谱方法鉴定分离得到化合物的结构。

结果

分离得到16个化合物,鉴定为10个酚类化合物,即1,3,7,8 - 四羟基呫吨酮(1)、红直酮D(2)、1,3,6,7 - 四羟基呫吨酮(3)、1,3,7 - 三羟基 - 4,8 - 二甲氧基呫吨酮(4)、槲皮素(5)、异荭草素(6)、芒果苷(7)、去甲当药苷(8)、没食子酸乙酯(9)和水杨酸(10),以及6个三萜类化合物,包括α - 香树脂醇(11)、赤藓醇3 - O - 棕榈酸酯(12)、熊果醛(13)、羽扇豆醇3 - O - 乙酰酯(14)、熊果酸(15)和2α - 羟基熊果酸(16)。

结论

化合物4 - 6、8、10 - 12、15和16首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物1和3首次从獐牙菜属植物中获得,化合物9、13 - 14首次从龙胆科植物中获得。
