[Study on marking method for germplasm evaluation of Pinellia ternata].

Abstract

OBJECTIVE

Setting a valuable method of Pinellia ternate to provide references for germplasm evaluation of medicinal plant.

METHOD

Nine germplasms were collected from seven primary cultivated or wild areas and were planted in field using randomined complete experimental design. Several important value were selected to give a general evaluation with marking.

RESULT

In all collected materials, according to integrated mark, the first two exellent germplasm is Anyue 93.1, Yixian 87.5, which showed better characters.

CONCLUSION

In the light of standard that whose mark exceeds 80 can be used as good germplasm, Anyue and Yixian materials are recommended.

摘要

目的

建立一种评价半夏的有效方法,为药用植物种质评价提供参考。

方法

从7个主要栽培或野生地区收集9份种质,采用随机完全试验设计在田间种植。选取几个重要指标进行评分以进行综合评价。

结果

在所有收集的材料中,根据综合评分,前两份优良种质是安岳93.1、易县87.5,它们表现出较好的性状。

结论

按照评分超过80可作为优良种质的标准,推荐安岳和易县的材料。
