To report the case of an epididymal and spermatic cord metastasis of a colon adenocarcinoma.
METHODS/RESULTS: We present the case of a 67 years old man, who presents several months after subtotal left colectomy for a left colon adenocarcinoma (pT3 NoMo), with a symptomatic right palpable testicular tumour. Right orchiectomy was done, demonstrating colon adenocarcinoma metastasis.
Epididymal and spermatic cord metastases are very infrequent and they usually are found incidentally after prostate cancer orchyectomy.
报告一例结肠腺癌发生附睾及精索转移的病例。
方法/结果：我们报告一例67岁男性病例，该患者在因左半结肠癌（pT3 NoMo）行左半结肠次全切除术后数月，出现右侧可触及的有症状睾丸肿瘤。遂行右侧睾丸切除术，术后病理显示为结肠腺癌转移。
附睾及精索转移非常罕见，通常在前列腺癌睾丸切除术后偶然发现。
