Four limonoids have been isolated from the unripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth., one of which is a new compound (1), identified as 23-oxo-21 -hydroxy-21,23-dihydroevodol (named evodirutaenin), the known compounds were identified as evodol (2), limonin (3) and shihulimonin A (4), on the basis of the analysis of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, IR and MS spectral data. Shihulimonin A of known structure was also isolated from the unripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa for the first time.
从吴茱萸(Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.)的未成熟果实中分离得到了四种柠檬苦素,其中一种是新化合物(1),鉴定为23-氧代-21-羟基-21,23-二氢吴茱萸醇(命名为吴茱萸双氢内酯),根据1H NMR、13C NMR、HSQC、HMBC、IR和MS光谱数据,确定已知化合物为吴茱萸醇(2)、柠檬苦素(3)和石胡荽柠檬苦素A(4)。具有已知结构的石胡荽柠檬苦素A也是首次从吴茱萸的未成熟果实中分离得到。
