Abstract

Four limonoids have been isolated from the unripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth., one of which is a new compound (1), identified as 23-oxo-21 -hydroxy-21,23-dihydroevodol (named evodirutaenin), the known compounds were identified as evodol (2), limonin (3) and shihulimonin A (4), on the basis of the analysis of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, IR and MS spectral data. Shihulimonin A of known structure was also isolated from the unripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa for the first time.

从吴茱萸（Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.）的未成熟果实中分离得到了四种柠檬苦素，其中一种是新化合物（1），鉴定为23-氧代-21-羟基-21,23-二氢吴茱萸醇（命名为吴茱萸双氢内酯），根据1H NMR、13C NMR、HSQC、HMBC、IR和MS光谱数据，确定已知化合物为吴茱萸醇（2）、柠檬苦素（3）和石胡荽柠檬苦素A（4）。具有已知结构的石胡荽柠檬苦素A也是首次从吴茱萸的未成熟果实中分离得到。
