To analyze coumarins in Fructus Cnidii by HPLC-ESI-MS.
Coumarins in Fructus Cnidii were subjected to HPLC, using Shim-pack CLC-ODS column, methanol-water (70:30) as mobile phase, and 254 nm as DAD wavelength. A quadrupole mass spectrometer was applied to verify the LC elute, operated in the positive ion mode.
Three coumarins were determined and the possible structures of seven coumarins were deduced based on the chromatography and MS data.
The application of this method could be available for the rapid identification of constituents from traditional Chinese medicines.
采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子化质谱法(HPLC-ESI-MS)分析蛇床子中的香豆素类成分。
蛇床子中的香豆素类成分采用高效液相色谱法分析,使用Shim-pack CLC-ODS柱,以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)波长为254 nm。采用四极杆质谱仪对液相洗脱液进行验证,以正离子模式运行。
测定了3种香豆素,并根据色谱和质谱数据推断出7种香豆素的可能结构。
该方法的应用可用于快速鉴定中药中的成分。
