Abstract
OBJECTIVE
Spontaneous rectus sheath hematoma can become clinically relevant and necessitate hemostatic intervention. The aim of this study was to describe the efficacy of percutaneous arterial embolization in the management of this condition.
CONCLUSION
Selective transcatheter embolization is effective hemostatic treatment of patients with large, clinically relevant rectus sheath hematoma.

目的
自发性腹直肌鞘血肿可能具有临床相关性，需要进行止血干预。本研究的目的是描述经皮动脉栓塞在治疗这种疾病中的疗效。
结论
选择性经导管栓塞是治疗大型、具有临床相关性腹直肌鞘血肿患者的有效止血方法。
