To study the chemical constituents of Serissa serissoides.
Chemical constituents were isolated with the column chromatographic methods including silica gel and sephadex LH -20, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectral and chemical evidences.
Eight compounds were obtained and were identified as: palmitic acid (1), corosolic acid (2), daucosterol (3), urs-12-en-28-ol (4), oleanolic acid (5), uroslic acid (6), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (7), and 2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone (8).
Except compound 5, other seven compounds were found from the genus Serissa for the first time.

采用硅胶柱色谱和葡聚糖凝胶LH -20柱色谱法分离化学成分，并根据光谱和化学证据阐明其结构。
得到8个化合物，分别鉴定为：棕榈酸（1）、科罗索酸（2）、胡萝卜苷（3）、乌苏-12-烯-28-醇（4）、齐墩果酸（5）、乌索酸（6）、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸（7）和2,6-二甲氧基对苯醌（8）。
除化合物5外，其他7个化合物均为首次从六月雪属植物中发现。
