To evaluate the effect of FESS in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
Sixty-three cases of chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis were retrospectively analyzed. All used Messerklinger technique, and rinsed periodically after surgery.
Observed half year to one year, nearly all patients were cured, a few of patients had mild complication.
FESS surgery is effective in treating chronic invasive fungal rhinosinusitis, and need not use medicine of anti-fungoid.
评估功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术（FESS）治疗慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果。
回顾性分析63例慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者。所有患者均采用Messerklinger技术，并在术后定期冲洗。
观察半年至一年，几乎所有患者均治愈，少数患者有轻度并发症。
FESS手术治疗慢性侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎有效，且无需使用抗真菌药物。
