A new flavone glycoside, apigenin 5-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with four known flavonol glycosides (2-5), were isolated from the leaf of Cephalotaxus koreana. The new glycoside 1 showed inhibitory activity in superoxide radical scavenging assay with IC(50) value of 13.0 microM, while it showed weak activity in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay. Compounds 2-5 exhibited antioxidant activity in scavenging DPPH and superoxide radicals with IC(50) values ranging from 5.7 to 22.3 microM.
从朝鲜红豆杉叶中分离得到一种新的黄酮糖苷,芹菜素5 - O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→3)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),以及四种已知的黄酮醇糖苷(2 - 5)。新糖苷1在超氧阴离子自由基清除试验中表现出抑制活性,IC(50)值为13.0 μM,而在1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基清除试验中表现出较弱的活性。化合物2 - 5在清除DPPH和超氧阴离子自由基方面表现出抗氧化活性,IC(50)值在5.7至22.3 μM之间。
