Abstract

In cases of untreated mouth cavity carcinomas cisplatin, farmorubicin as well as a combination of the two have been administered intra-arterially to three groups of patients. Result of the treatment was similar tumor regression in all three groups. Thrombotic complications were more frequent in cases treated with farmorubicin. Possibilities of preventing vein damages are reported on.

在未经治疗的口腔癌病例中，已对三组患者进行了顺铂、表柔比星以及两者联合的动脉内给药。三组治疗结果均为相似的肿瘤消退。表柔比星治疗的病例中血栓并发症更为常见。报告了预防静脉损伤的可能性。
