Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Ervatamia hainanensis.

METHOD

The solvent extraction and silica column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents, and their structures were identified by physico chemical properties and spectra analysis.

RESULT

Twelve compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as voacangine (1), ibogaine (2), ibogamine (3), coronaridine (4), 19-heyneanine (5), 19-epi-heyneanine (6), 3-hydroxyl coronaridine (7), coronaridine hydroxyindolenine (8), 3-(2-oxopropyl) coronaridine (9), vobasine (10), alpha-amyrin (11), alpha-amyrin acetate (12).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 1, 2, 6, 11 and 12 were first found from this plant.

目的

研究海南狗牙花根茎的化学成分。

方法

采用溶剂萃取和硅胶柱色谱法分离化学成分,并通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。

结果

分离得到12个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为沃坎京(1)、伊波加因(2)、伊波加明(3)、柯诺里定(4)、19-海奈宁(5)、19-表-海奈宁(6)、3-羟基柯诺里定(7)、柯诺里定羟基吲哚啉(8)、3-(2-氧代丙基)柯诺里定(9)、沃巴辛(10)、α-香树脂醇(11)、α-香树脂醇乙酸酯(12)。

结论

化合物1、2、6、11和12首次从该植物中发现。
