To study chemical constituents from Ilex pubescens.
The constituents were isolated by chromatographic method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral alanlysis.
Six lignin glycosides were identified as (7S, 8R) dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), (-)-olivil-4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), (7S, 8R) dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4-O-beta-D-gluco-pyranosid (3), (+)-cyclo-olivil 6-O-p-D-glucopyranoside (4), (+)-medioresinol di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), (+)-pinoresinol-4, 4'-O-bisglucopyranoside (6).
All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time.

采用色谱法分离化合物,并通过光谱分析鉴定其结构。
鉴定出6种木脂素糖苷,分别为(7S, 8R)二氢脱氢二松柏醇4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、(-)-橄榄脂素-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(7S, 8R)脱氢二松柏醇4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、(+)-环橄榄脂素6-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、(+)-中树脂醇二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、(+)-松脂醇-4,4'-O-双葡萄糖苷(6)。
所有这些化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
