To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of different acupoints on electrical activities of the uterus in rats.
A total of 79 Wistar rats anesthetized with mixture solution of 1.5% chloralose (50 mg/kg) and 25% urethrane (420 mg/kg, i.p.). In the first part of this study, 40 non-pregnant rats were randomized into control, "Neiguan" (PC 6), "Hegu" (LI 4) and "Sanyinjiao" (SP 6) groups, with 10 cases in each group. In the second part of this study, 39 pregnant rats were evenly randomized into control, "Neiguan" (PC 6) and "Sanyinjiao" (SP 6) groups, with 13 cases in each group. Electrohysterogram was recorded by using a bipolar stainless steel electrode inserted in the sub-perimetrium layer of the mid part of the uterus. EA (2 mA, 5/15 Hz) was respectively applied to bilateral P, L4, and SP6 for 20 min.
(1)In nonpregnant rats, compared with control group, the amplitude and frequency of fast waves (burst action potentials) and the amplitude of slow waves in SP6 increased significantly (P < 0.05), and EA of LI4 had a similar effect in increasing the frequency of fast waves; while following EA of PA6, both frequency and amplitude of fast waves nd the frequency of slow waves decreased significantly (P < 0.05). In comparison with PC6 group, most indexes of SP6 and LI4 groups during EA and 0-5 min after EA presented significant differences (P < 0.05, 0.001). (2) In pregnant rats, compared with control group, both the amplitude and frequency of fast waves and the amplitude of slow waves of the electrohysterogram in SP6 group increased significantly (P < 0.05) and lasted a longer time; while the frequency of both fast and slow waves decreased considerably in PC6 group (P < 0.05). Comparison between SP6 and PC6 groups showed significant differences in the frequency and amplitude of fast waves and the frequency of slow waves during EA and after EA (P < 0.05).
EA of SP6 and LI4 can activate the myoelectrical activities of the uterine in both non-pregnant and pregnant rats, and the effect of EA of SP6 is stronger, whereas EA of PC6 can inhibit the myoelectrical activities of the uterine. Different acupoints have their relatively specific effect.
观察针刺不同穴位对大鼠子宫电活动的影响。
79只Wistar大鼠用1.5%水合氯醛(50mg/kg)和25%乌拉坦(420mg/kg,腹腔注射)混合液麻醉。在本研究的第一部分,40只未孕大鼠随机分为对照组、“内关”(PC 6)组、“合谷”(LI 4)组和“三阴交”(SP 6)组,每组10只。在本研究的第二部分,39只孕鼠平均随机分为对照组、“内关”(PC 6)组和“三阴交”(SP 6)组,每组13只。使用插入子宫中部子宫浆膜下层的双极不锈钢电极记录子宫电图。分别将电针(2mA,5/15Hz)施加于双侧PC 6、L4和SP6,持续20分钟。
(1)在未孕大鼠中,与对照组相比,SP6组快波(爆发动作电位)的幅度和频率以及慢波的幅度显著增加(P<0.05),LI4电针在增加快波频率方面有类似作用;而PC 6电针后,快波的频率和幅度以及慢波的频率均显著降低(P<0.05)。与PC 6组相比,SP6组和LI4组在电针期间及电针后0-5分钟的大多数指标存在显著差异(P<0.05,0.001)。(2)在孕鼠中,与对照组相比,SP6组子宫电图快波的幅度和频率以及慢波的幅度均显著增加(P<0.05)且持续时间更长;而PC 6组快、慢波频率均显著降低(P<0.05)。SP6组与PC 6组比较,电针期间及电针后快波的频率和幅度以及慢波的频率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。
SP6和LI4电针可激活未孕和孕鼠子宫的肌电活动,且SP6电针效果更强,而PC 6电针可抑制子宫的肌电活动。不同穴位有其相对特异性的作用。
