Abstract
We present a case of infantile myofibromatosis manifest as a choroid plexus mass followed by spontaneous regression. Infantile myofibromatosis is a common juvenile fibrous disorder occurring in infancy and early childhood. Intracranial involvement in infantile myofibromatosis is rare. It generally occurs in the dura with calvarial invasion and secondary brain compression.

我们报告一例表现为脉络丛肿块并随后自发消退的婴儿肌纤维瘤病。婴儿肌纤维瘤病是一种常见于婴儿期和幼儿期的青少年纤维性疾病。婴儿肌纤维瘤病的颅内受累情况罕见。它通常发生于硬脑膜，伴有颅骨侵犯和继发性脑压迫。
