To study the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax yunianensis.
The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified with chromatograph and the structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.
Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as beta-sitosterol (I), glycerol monopalmitate (II), daucosterol (IIl), hexacosanoic acid (IV), 5-hydroxymethyl furaldehyde (V), hergapen (VI), ursolic acid (VII), liquiritigenin (VIII).
They have been isolated from this plant for the first time, and IV - VIII are obtained from the plants of Heterosmilax for the first time.

采用柱色谱法对化合物进行分离和反复纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱分析对其结构进行鉴定。
得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(I)、单棕榈酸甘油酯(II)、胡萝卜苷(III)、二十六烷酸(IV)、5-羟甲基糠醛(V)、赫加潘(VI)、熊果酸(VII)、甘草素(VIII)。
这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中IV - VIII为首次从菝葜属植物中获得。
