Abstract
A glucan, GBW, was isolated from the alkaline aqueous extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Its mean molecular weight was estimated to be 4 x 10(3). TLC, methylation analysis, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation, partial acid hydrolysis, KI--I2 reaction, IR and 13CNMR showed that GBW is a (1----4) linked alpha-D-glucan (6).
摘要
从甘草的碱性水提取物中分离出一种葡聚糖GBW。其平均分子量估计为4×10³。薄层层析、甲基化分析、高碘酸盐氧化、史密斯降解、部分酸水解、KI-I₂反应、红外光谱和¹³C核磁共振表明GBW是一种(1→4)连接的α-D-葡聚糖(6)。
