To evaluate the effect of amniotic membrane transplantation and limbal autograft transplantation for recurrent pterygium.
Patients with recurrent pterygium underwent pterygia excision with amniotic membrane transplantation and limbal auto-graft transplantation. The condition of grafts, the corneal surface and the recurrent rate were observed.
Twenty-eight patients (32 eyes) with recurrent pterygium underwent pterygia excision with amniotic membrane transplantation and limbal auto-graft transplantation. The mean time of corneal epithelial healing was 4.4 +/- 1.5 days. The recurrent rate was 12.5% with the mean follow-up of 7.6 months.
Amniotic membrane transplantation and limbal auto-graft transplantation can reduce the recurrence in patients with recurrent pterygium. The decompensation of the limbal stem cells should be considered to the severe patients.
评估羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的效果。
对复发性翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植及自体角膜缘移植术。观察移植片情况、角膜表面情况及复发率。
28例（32眼）复发性翼状胬肉患者行翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植及自体角膜缘移植术。角膜上皮愈合平均时间为4.4±1.5天。平均随访7.6个月，复发率为12.5%。
羊膜移植联合自体角膜缘移植可降低复发性翼状胬肉患者的复发率。对于重症患者应考虑角膜缘干细胞失代偿情况。
