To analyze the results of bimanual microphacoemulsification combined with rollable intraocular lens (IOL), to evaluate the feasibility and safety of this procedure and to compare the clinical results of two different types of rollable intraocular lens.
Thirty-five cases (35 eyes) were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 included 15 eyes used Thinoptx IOL, Group 2 included 20 eyes used Acri. Smart IOL. The data included best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and intraocular pressure (IOP) (pre-, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month post-operatively); corneal curvature (pre- and 1 month post-operatively); target refraction and post-operation refraction (1 month after the operation).
A significant difference was found between pre-operative and 1 month post-operative BCVA (P<0.01). No significant different was found between pre-operative and post-operative IOP, astigmatism, target refraction and refraction. There was no significant difference in pre-operative and post-operative astigmatism, target refraction and post-operation 1-month refraction between these two groups.
Bimanual microphacoemulsification with rollable intraocular lens (IOL) is a feasible and safe procedure for the cataract surgery.
分析双手微切口白内障超声乳化吸除术联合可折叠人工晶状体(IOL)植入的结果,评估该手术的可行性和安全性,并比较两种不同类型可折叠人工晶状体的临床效果。
35例(35眼)患者被分为2组。第1组15眼使用Thinoptx人工晶状体,第2组20眼使用Acri.Smart人工晶状体。记录的数据包括最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和眼压(IOP)(术前、术后1天、1周和1个月);角膜曲率(术前和术后1个月);目标屈光度和术后屈光度(术后1个月)。
术前与术后1个月的最佳矫正视力有显著差异(P<0.01)。术前与术后的眼压、散光、目标屈光度和屈光度无显著差异。两组术前与术后的散光、目标屈光度和术后1个月屈光度无显著差异。
双手微切口白内障超声乳化吸除术联合可折叠人工晶状体植入是一种可行且安全的白内障手术方法。
