Abstract

Staff development educators need a capacity-building tool to focus nursing projects on optimal outcomes. This article will present a capacity-building model designed and used for implementation of a nursing best practice. Through use of this model, the project team enhanced its knowledge, skill, and experience in the areas of information literacy, education and research, practice, and teamwork. This capacity-building model is applicable to any educational project.
