A detailed description of cytological alterations of the colorectal mucosa in ten different conditions is given. It was based in the study of 150 smears obtained by colonoscopy in cases of inflammatory diseases (80), obstructive lesions (50) and polyps (20). In our hands this procedure proved to be highly reliable, giving a conclusion within a few minutes during colonoscopy.
本文详细描述了十种不同情况下大肠黏膜的细胞学改变。该研究基于对150份涂片的分析，这些涂片来自通过结肠镜检查获取的炎症性疾病（80例）、阻塞性病变（50例）和息肉（20例）患者。在我们的操作中，这一程序被证明高度可靠，能在结肠镜检查过程中几分钟内得出结论。
