Two new bromotyrosine alkaloids, purealidins T and U (1 and 2, resp.), along with five known bromotyrosines 3-7, were isolated from marine sponge Pseudoceratina sp. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data (CD, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR, and MS) analysis.
从海洋海绵 Pseudoceratina sp. 中分离出两种新的溴酪氨酸生物碱,分别为 purealidins T 和 U(分别为 1 和 2),以及五种已知的溴酪氨酸 3 - 7。基于广泛的光谱数据(圆二色谱、红外光谱、一维和二维核磁共振光谱以及质谱)分析阐明了它们的结构。
