In order to study the mecanisms of serum lipoproteins transfers and binding sites in arterial wall, auto-historadiographies in optical microscopy were realised with rats aortas. Animals received infusion of in vivo labelled on the cholesterol and purified serum lipoproteins. The results confirmed the serum lipoproteins transfers in arterial wall and slow that the inflow is all the more quicker and higher as the molecule is smaller. The very particular aspect of these transfers rises several hypothesis and leeds to suggest the possibility of preferential way of passage inside the arterial wall.
为了研究血清脂蛋白在动脉壁中的转运机制和结合位点,对大鼠主动脉进行了光学显微镜下的自动放射自显影。动物接受了体内标记有胆固醇和纯化血清脂蛋白的输注。结果证实了血清脂蛋白在动脉壁中的转运,并表明分子越小,流入速度越快、量越大。这些转运的非常特殊的方面引发了几种假设,并导致提出在动脉壁内存在优先通道的可能性。
