The administration of the interferone inducer, polyriboinosinic.polyribocytidylic acid, inhibited the rise of activities of thymidylate synthase and thymidine kinase as well as DNA content in 24 h-regenerating rat liver in a dose dependent manner. The immunoblotting assay showed that the decrease of thymidylate synthase activity was due to inhibition of the induction of the enzyme. Co-administration of putrescine did not affect the inhibitory effect of polyriboinosinic.polyribocytidylic acid. Polyriboinosinic acid did not affect DNA synthesis in rat liver regeneration.
干扰素诱导剂聚肌苷酸-聚胞苷酸的给药以剂量依赖的方式抑制了24小时再生大鼠肝脏中胸苷酸合成酶和胸苷激酶的活性升高以及DNA含量。免疫印迹分析表明,胸苷酸合成酶活性的降低是由于该酶诱导的抑制。腐胺的共同给药不影响聚肌苷酸-聚胞苷酸的抑制作用。聚肌苷酸不影响大鼠肝脏再生中的DNA合成。
