The parallel study of the content of large granule-containing lymphocytes (LGL) and natural killer activity (NKA) in donors, patients with benign tumors in the lungs and bronchial or pulmonary cancer in operative intervention and combined cryosurgical treatment was carried out. The stimulating effect of cryodestruction of malignant tumors with their subsequent spontaneous thawing on LGL content and NKA in patients was established. Administration of prodigiosan immunomodulator contributed to increase in natural resistance of an organism of the patients. The positive correlation of NKA and LGL content was noted.
对供体、肺部良性肿瘤患者以及接受手术干预和联合冷冻手术治疗的支气管癌或肺癌患者的含大颗粒淋巴细胞（LGL）含量和自然杀伤活性（NKA）进行了平行研究。确定了恶性肿瘤冷冻破坏及其随后自然解冻对患者LGL含量和NKA的刺激作用。灵菌红素免疫调节剂的给药有助于提高患者机体的自然抵抗力。观察到NKA与LGL含量呈正相关。
