A case of acute traumatic rupture of the thoracic aorta was diagnosed by dynamic CT. Angiographic conformation was required, delaying surgical repair and contributing to the fatal outcome. If reliable findings of acute traumatic rupture of the thoracic aorta are shown by CT, we question the usefulness of angiographic confirmation in such cases.
一例胸主动脉急性创伤性破裂通过动态CT得以诊断。需要血管造影确认，这延迟了手术修复并导致了致命后果。如果CT显示出胸主动脉急性创伤性破裂的可靠表现，我们质疑在此类病例中进行血管造影确认的必要性。
