Abstract
We report fundus autofluorescence and spectral optical coherence tomography (OCT/SLO) findings in acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE). Different autofluorescence patterns and OCT findings were observed during the acute and resolution phase of the disease. The combined use of new non-invasive technologies may put new insight to the explanation of the histopathology and etiology of APMPPE.
摘要
我们报告了急性后极部多灶性扁平状色素上皮病变（APMPPE）的眼底自发荧光和光谱光学相干断层扫描（OCT/SLO）结果。在疾病的急性期和缓解期观察到了不同的自发荧光模式和OCT表现。新的非侵入性技术的联合应用可能为APMPPE的组织病理学和病因学解释提供新的见解。
