Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To study the chemical constituents of Elaeocarpus sylvestris.
METHODS
The compounds were isolated by chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.
RESULTS
Six compounds were isolated and identified as: 2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (1), coniferyl alcohol (2), umbelliferone (3), scopoletin (4), beta-sitosterol (5), daucosterol (6).
CONCLUSION
All above compounds are isolated from Elaeocarpus Genus for the first time.
摘要
目的
研究山杜英的化学成分。
方法
采用色谱法分离化合物，并通过理化性质和光谱分析阐明其结构。
结果
分离鉴定出6种化合物，分别为：2-羟基苯甲醛（1）、松柏醇（2）、伞形花内酯（3）、东莨菪内酯（4）、β-谷甾醇（5）、胡萝卜苷（6）。
结论
上述所有化合物均首次从杜英属植物中分离得到。
