Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents of Pileostegia viburnoides var. glabrescens.

METHODS

The compounds were isolated and purified by various techniques. Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.

RESULTS

Five compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin (1), beta-sitosterol (2), umbelliferone (3), daucosterol (4) and skimmin (5).

CONCLUSION

All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.

目的

研究无毛冠盖藤的化学成分。

方法

采用多种技术对化合物进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和光谱分析确定其结构。

结果

分离并鉴定出5个化合物,分别为蛇麻脂醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、伞形花内酯(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)和金丝桃苷(5)。

结论

所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
