To find out the opinion of Primary Health Care (PHC) professionals on the impact of the Preventive Activities and Health Promotion Program (PAPPS).
Descriptive qualitative-quantitative study. In a first phase the SWOT technique was used. In a second phase a 47 item questionnaire was designed using an ordinal scale.
Professionals of PAPPS health centre, PAPPS managers and PHC management, using the Autonomous Community, and the time of ascribing or knowledge of PAPPS as segmentation criteria. In the qualitative study 62 participants were selected by theoretical sampling. In the quantitative study, 198 professionals took part in the survey.
The assessment of the results has taken into account the responses to the questions formulated and by performing a crossed analysis between strengths/threats and weaknesses/opportunities. A descriptive statistical analysis of the questions in the questionnaire.
There is agreement in that PAPPS has greatly influenced the development of PHC, contributing to improving the quality of care, but it is also fundamental to try revitalise the programme, as the limited involvement by the professionals in the postulated preventive recommendations is its main weakness, due to lack of motivation and professional burn-out..
According to the participants PAPPS has contributed significantly to the development of PHC in our country and has had an influence on professional practice by instilling a prevention culture that hardly existed before.

描述性定性-定量研究。第一阶段使用SWOT技术。第二阶段设计了一份包含47个项目的问卷，采用顺序量表。
以自治区、PAPPS归属时间或对PAPPS的了解情况为划分标准，选取PAPPS健康中心的专业人员、PAPPS管理人员以及初级卫生保健管理人员。在定性研究中，通过理论抽样选取了62名参与者。在定量研究中，198名专业人员参与了调查。
对结果的评估考虑了对所提问题的回答，并对优势/威胁与劣势/机会进行交叉分析。对问卷中的问题进行描述性统计分析。
大家一致认为，PAPPS对初级卫生保健的发展产生了重大影响，有助于提高护理质量，但重振该计划也至关重要，因为专业人员对假定的预防建议参与度有限是其主要弱点，原因是缺乏动力和职业倦怠。
根据参与者的说法，PAPPS对我国初级卫生保健的发展做出了重大贡献，并通过灌输一种以前几乎不存在的预防文化对专业实践产生了影响。
