[Medical support of troops in the armed conflict in the Southern Osetia].

The article presents the analyzed organizational aspects of support of troops by medical property, the valued factors, influenced on effectiveness of effectuating measures by medical support of military units during the conduct of operations. The article presents characteristics of forces and means of medical support. Was shown, that owing to efforts of regional medical support and precise work of MMMG (Main Military-medical government) of Ministry of Defense of RF, to the beginning of the armed conflict the regional medical service had all necessary medical property for support of troops. Was marked dedication of the staff of units of medical support, working in zone of conflict. Were defined ways of solving of questions, it will help in optimization of medical support and elaborating of complex of measures, having for purpose the elevation of readiness of medical service to executing of targets and purposes on dynamically changing conditions on all levels of government.
