Abstract

Two human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A11 variant alleles were identified in Chinese individuals. HLA-A1136 shows only one nucleotide difference from A110101 in exon 3 at position 368, resulting in an amino acid change from His to Cys at codon 99. HLA-A1138 has two nucleotides change at positions 570 and 571 compared with A*110201, resulting in amino acids change from Glu to Asp at codon 166 and Trp to Gly at codon 167.

摘要

在中国个体中鉴定出两种人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-A11变异等位基因。HLA-A1136在第3外显子368位处与A110101仅存在一个核苷酸差异,导致99密码子处的氨基酸从组氨酸变为半胱氨酸。与A110201相比,HLA-A*1138在570和571位有两个核苷酸变化,导致166密码子处的氨基酸从谷氨酸变为天冬氨酸,167密码子处的色氨酸变为甘氨酸。
