A novel human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A allele has been identified in the cord blood of a Korean baby. New HLA-A1135 allele was different from HLA-A1131 by three nucleotide substitution at codon 142 (ATC-->ACC) and codon 163 (CGG-->ACG), resulting in two amino acid change, Ile 142 Thr and Arg 163 Thr.
在一名韩国婴儿的脐带血中发现了一种新的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-A等位基因。新的HLA-A1135等位基因与HLA-A1131在密码子142(ATC→ACC)和密码子163(CGG→ACG)处有三个核苷酸替换不同,导致两个氨基酸变化,即异亮氨酸142变为苏氨酸和精氨酸163变为苏氨酸。
