To establish the fingerprint of Radix Curcumae by HPLC.
Chromatographic column: Welchrom-C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm), mobile phase: acetontrile and water, gradient elution, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, column temperature: 35 degrees C, detection wavelength: 244 nm.
We established the HPLC fingerprint common mode, and compared Rhizoma Curcumae from different habitats.
Each component of Radix Curcumae is isolated well in this fingerprint.
采用高效液相色谱法建立郁金的指纹图谱。
色谱柱:Welchrom-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈和水,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:244nm。
建立了高效液相色谱指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地的莪术进行了比较。
该指纹图谱中郁金的各成分分离良好。
